Kurangkan 3kg dalam masa seminggu

Believe it or not? Target kina adalah nak kurangkan 3kg je..so total up 48kg..ok la tu kan..tak elok kurus sangat..

Kina pernah baca tak ingat dekat mana..dia hilangkan 5kg dalam masa seminggu! WHAT? 5kg!!
Biar betik betul ! Serius..nampak tak muka kina tengah serius..haha..Nak tahu macam mana? Dare to know?


Pagi : Skipping 1000x
Petang : Skipping 1000x
Malam : Skipping 1000x


Boleh ke kita buat macam tu? Kina pernah skipping straight pun paling banyak 100x je..huuu..semput..
Jom kita cuba lepas raya ni nak? (perlu la lepas raya sebab masa raya nak rembat semua atas meja tu..hehe)
Kita target skipping 100x je dulu untuk minggu first.. Nanti terkejut 1 badan kalau terus buat 1000x..terus krem..sape yang susah? Good luck everyone..
